This Easter Sunday, treat yourself to the best in local food and drink at our first-ever Furnace Food Fair!

Building on the success of the last few years of craft fairs, we will be bringing together a whole array of different food stalls, from cold food, hot food vendors, sweet treats, cakes, and food-related crafts, to give our visitors something to really get their teeth into.

There will also be things for the whole family to do from our museum and boat trips as normal to our have-a-go craft tent and fun paid for activities alongside our very popular Easter trail.

Oh, and it's free entry!

This year, though, we are having to charge a small fee of £1 for car parking on event days, payable by either cash or card as you come in. We invest thousands in the upkeep of our car park every year and want to keep parking here free for as long as we can but we need to look to recover some of that money somehow. We believe £1 is an absolute bargain to park for the whole day and enjoy our wonderful site when we have events on.
